When trying to install Curl on my Redhat 7.3 machine have the following issues.

./configure Compiles Curl with no errors
./configure --with-ssl Compiles with the following error...

checking size of off_t... configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (off_t), 77
See `config.log' for more details.

Any idea how to fix this issue?
