Hi

I am using curl to post to a https page, and it worked like a charm
until the VeriSign intermediate certificate expired at 08/01/04, it has
been replaced by a new intermediate certificate that expires 25/10/11

I am using the public certificate (exported from IE as Base-64 encoded
X.509). My commandline looks like:

curl -i --cacert cert.cert -v https://server

And all i get is:

curl: (60) SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK

if making an insecure connection, then it works

what have i done wrong? i have googled and it didn't come up with any
usefull information :(
