Here is my command. It is currently doing a POST, but with Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded. Can I change it to do Content-Type: text/xml?
curl -v --user USERNAME:PASSWORD --data @C:\TEMP\3MTEST.XML --insecure --output C:\TEMP\RESULT69.txt --max-time 20 --connect-timeout 20 --trace-ascii C:\TEMP\trace69.txt https://WHATEVERSITE.COM
