How is this supposed to work:
echo "Accept: gzip,deflate" | curl --header - -v www.foo.com

My impression from the manual this should read the headers from stdin.
But the code in main.c does "headerfilep = stdout" ?!
Must be missing something or curl is mixing --header and --dump-header.
