Here are the steps I had to take to install curl.

installp -acqQF -d /software/curl/temp/TWW.gettext014.bff TWW.gettext014 > log 2>&1
installp -acqQF -d /software/curl/temp/TWW.libgpgerror10.bff TWW.libgpgerror10 > log 2>&1
installp -acqQF -d /software/curl/temp/TWW.libtasn02.bff TWW.libtasn02 > log 2>&1
installp -acqQF -d /software/curl/temp/TWW.libgcrypt12.bff TWW.libgcrypt12 > log 2>&1
installp -acqQF -d /software/curl/temp/TWW.zlib11.bff TWW.zlib11 > log 2>&1
installp -acqQF -d /software/curl/temp/TWW.libopencdk05.bff 0.5.8.1 > log 2>&1
installp -acqQF -d /software/curl/temp/TWW.libgnutls12.bff TWW.libgnutls12 > log 2>&1
installp -acqQF -d /software/curl/temp/TWW.libidn05.bff TWW.libidn05 > log 2>&1
installp -acqQF -d /tmp/TWW.curl715.bff TWW.curl715 > log 2>&1
