Tests cases 701, 703, 705 and 707 are all testing SOCKS5 with curl and
they're passing on many autobuilds. Have you tried using other socks client
software with these proxies, i.e. do they actually work? What protocol are
you trying to use through SOCKS? Not all of them can be used that with
from curl.
