Hallo, I found the mistake.
When you want to use a % in a command within a batch file, you have to
use %%.

curl "http://fritz.box/cgi-bin/webcm" -d
"sid=%SID%&connection0%3Asettings%2Fcmd_disconnect="
becomes
curl "http://fritz.box/cgi-bin/webcm" -d
"sid=%SID%&connection0%%3Asettings*%%*2Fcmd_disconnect="
in a batchfile.
