Yes, I am sure about that. And I also use command "sar -n DEV 1" to monitor the network throughput, and get the same conclusion.
100MByte is the expected speed for our network and service.

Are you sure wget and curl are using the same units? Maybe wget is using
megabits per second and curl is using megabytes. Have you tried timing the
downloads with a stopwatch?
