I had to fill in the __EVENTTARGET with the value

ctl00$ContentPlaceHolderMain$Save (or rather,
'ctl00$ContentPlaceHolderMain$Save' ;-) and end the command with the
aspx URL (http://blah/upload.aspx - the file indicated in the "action"
of the form.
