1. We have a little "Curl Mailing Etiquette" guide over at
   http://curl.haxx.se/mail/etiquette.html

   It says "no HTML mails please"

2. That same guide says "Use a Sensible Subject"

3. If you try *any* documentation page with curl_easy_setopt() options,
   including the one that is provided by all php.net mirrors, you'll find the
   CURLOPT_PROXY option documented.
