Hi,

i'm developing webservices with nusoap and nusoap uses curl for sending
https-requests.

So, while all webservice-calls sent via HTTP (nusoap uses sockets for
communication) go through very fine, when i switch to HTTPS (now nusoap
uses curl for communication), the same calls take over 20-30(!!!) seconds.

I was able to track down the problem to one single "curl_exec(..."
inside nusoap.php.

I posted on nusoap-mailinglist, i searched google, but found no
solution, no hint, nothing.

Anybody here can help?
Any idea?

We use debian woody,
nusoap: 0.6.7,
php: 4.1.2,
libcurl: 7.9.5 (OpenSSL 0.9.6c)

i cannot update.
