OK so perhaps it was a dumb question. I'll be more specific this
time. I want to including this lib in a codewarror project running on
os 9/10 (carbon).

has anyone done so? I've seen it running on 10, so I'm assuming it
would be ok under carbon on 9. Right???

Yes. Its called libcurl ;)

there are C, C++, PHP, Perl and Java interfaces to the library (written in
C). check out curl.haxx.se/libcurl for more information on the C
interface...
