Hi Folks

I am just upgrading to 7.10.6 using the source bz2-archive from the top
of the downloads page
and encountered two problems with "curl-7.10.6/lib/Makefile.vc6":

- http_negotiate.obj and http_ntlm.obj are not in the dependencies
- There is the following rule at the very end of the file:

getdate.c: getdate.c.cvs
    copy getdate.c.cvs getdate.c
But there is no "getdate.c.cvs", only a "getdate.c"
