Hi,

 I enjoy a lot libcurl, and decided to use the multiple files option. It works fine most
of the time, but when my server is very far (like New Zealand), then I get
 sometimes timeout in AllowServerConnect() in ftp.c which is limited to 10 seconds.
 Is it a good idea to make this parameter configurable ? or something is wrong with my
internet if I get this timeout ?
