... and that's probably why everyone who uses the Makefile.vc6 don't have any
problems, since that already uses /I "."!

I've now added /I "." to the curllib.dsp file, so hopefully this works fine
for most MSVC-using people now! It would be nice if someone could confirm this
by building from CVS or tomorrow's daily snapshot.
