Then I don't know. 'curl -#' seems to work for me (uses the progress callback)
and my program I showed you the code snipped from works as well.

Rebuild libcurl with debug options and set a break-point where it calls the
progress callback (around lib/progress.c:320) and figure out why you get all
zeroes!
