I poked around in my build scripts and with a little copy and paste, I made a
new one that builds a set of libcurl packages.

I would appreciate some feedback/tests on these files and the contents of
these archives:

         http://curl.haxx.se/beta/

The files have SSL and SSPI enabled and disabled in all four combinations.

libcurl 7.15.0 for win32 it is.
