I'm not so sure. I create these packages with mingw32 on Linux and I don't get
any "libcurl.lib" created at build time.

Is it possible to use a libcurl.lib file from an existing older package? Or is
perhaps the "libcurl.dll.a" or "libcurl.a" actually the file otherwised called
libcurl.lib ?
