It has never been a problem so we've never had to invent/introduce a system to
detect them. And I'm trained since a little kid to jump at the sight of // so
they rarely slip through. ;-)

Besides, the autobuilds are hopefully catching most of our major portability
mistakes that pass through reviews and get committed.
