SFTP as supported by libssh2 is nowhere near the FTP protocol so I don't see
how that matters. (At least as far as I've seen of libssh2, which admittedly
isn't a lot.)

SFTP would probably rather be similar to how HTTPS is done, although we can
skip the entire header parsing stuff etc.
