You found more than one? If so, did you consider filing a bug report to the
producers of that server/webapp? The majority of the world's cookie parsers
seem to have another opinion on requiring that trailing semicolon.

Patch libcurl and verify that it works. If you do and if it does, then please
consider updating the curl test cases too and submit the patch here!
