RE: approaching release

Patches to enclose various "#include <xxx.h>" lines within "#ifdef
HAVE_XXX_H ... #endif" constructs within the following files:

easy.c, http.c, url.c and transfer.c

Thus ensuring that they are only included if they are "enabled" within
config.h
