I have had one discrepancy between WINNT being 0x0600 or 0x0501, that
was down to how things were processed in case my application cancelled
a download prematurely (this has been fixed after 7.18.0)
With the fix in place, libCurl works well for me on XP32, Vista32 and
Vista64. Vista works well whether I set WINNT to 0x0600 or 0x0501,
although I normally leave the value to 0x0501 to make my life easier.
