I use example of ftpuploadresume, when I disconnect computer with FTP server , and then I reconnect to the server, ftpuploadresume said "APPE 450 can't access file".
Even if I kill "ftpuploadresume" instance and restart it , "ftpuploadresume" also said "APPE 450 can't access file".
     Then I can find there is a connecting record in the FTP server , when I manually delete the connecting record on FTP server,  and restart "ftpuploadresume" instance on my computer , uploading is ok.
