Hi all,

Version 0.2 of the CMake scripts!

Build successful:
- Win32 / MSVC 8 (Express)
- cURL 7.19.4
- With or without Windows SSPI
- With or without zlib (Not tested against SSL yet)
- Contrary to v0.1, LDAP hasn't been disabled and compiles.
- Contrary to v0.1, curl executable has been (sucessfully) built.

Please test with as many compilers/platforms as possible and report anything useful.
