I think working in HEAD is fine since the cmake scripts aren't included or
used anywhere officially yet so there's no harm. CVS HEAD makes it easier to
checkout and we can include them in the daily snapshots etc as well.

(I've sent credentials to Sukender to let him commit his CMake work)
