Boosting SCP and SFTP downloads

Hey

Over in the libssh2 project a release 1.1 has just been released, and tests
have shown this release to be 2 to 10 times faster than previous releases for
SCP and SFTP downloads.

This will directly affect the SCP and SFTP transfers libcurl does as well, so
I can only recommend that you upgrade to this release and give it a shot.
