[PATCH] nss - infinite loop consuming memory

Hello,

a critical bug in lib/nss.c was discovered by Michael Cronenworth [1]. If
an incorrect password is given while loading a private key, libcurl ends
in an infinite loop consuming memory. The fix is attached. I'd really
appreciate getting the fix into 7.19.5. The bug is critical.
