Using CURLINFO_ERROR in Curl_failf

Hi,

Now both Curl_infof and Curl_failf use CURLINFO_TEXT
when pass a message to Curl_debug.

What do you think about using something like
CURLINFO_ERROR in Curl_failf? In this case we will
be able to make a distinction between straight error
and debug output.
