Not really.

I can see how we could possibly provide some mechnisms in libcurl to help
implementing decent caching, but it's not a priority for me personally and if
we do it we should make sure we don't specificly target it for storage "on
disk" but rather letting the application decide.

If you get going on writing code for this, I'll help out and review the
patches etc!
