Hi friends,

On September 12th, wednesday next week, we shut the door for new features for
the 7.28.0 release.

Then we start a four week bug-fixes-only period which if things go well ends
with a public release on October 10.

This means if you're working on a new feature for libcurl you want merged in
7.28.0 you better consider posting your patches here very soon!
