It says it "makes curl read stdin in a non-blocking fashion".

So you would pass the upload on stdin:

  curl ftp://dl.free.fr -T. -u user@free.fr:qwertytest < 10MB.TST

This said, I don't see any particular benefit of doing non-blocking uploads to
an ftp server.
