This is not a job for curl nor libcurl. This would be best
done using 'expect' or a tool similar to that. You could
still use curl for doing the actual communications, but the
waiting and the conditional actions etc don't really fit
into curl's world.

Of course, there's nothing that prevents someone from using
libcurl and adding features like this to a new tool.
