Summary: Curl_strerror() crash

Initial Comment:

curl-7.15.4
Processor : ARM926EJ-Sid(wb) rev 5 (v5l)
Linux version 2.6.10_mvl402 (gcc version 4.1.1)

When a non existing URL was given in this format:
"http://evo:6969/" libcurl used to crash at line 641 of
strerror.c. What is interresting, the same URL with no
port given didn't cause crash.

What happened?
637: char *msg = strerror_r(err, buffer, sizeof(buffer));
641: strncpy(buf, msg, max);
the "msg" variable was null.
when crashed, err was equal 111, buf and buffer existed.

I've made a quick fix (attached).
