Summary: libcurl generates outdated link in cookie-jar

Initial Comment:
When using the `--cookie-jar [file]' switch, the generated cookie file lists
a Netscape.com address that is no longer maintained in at `www'

Outdated URL (no redirect in place! just a 404):
http://www.netscape.com/newsref/std/cookie_spec.html

% curl --head http://www.netscape.com/newsref/std/cookie_spec.html
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
...

NEW location of cookie_spec.html:
http://wp.netscape.com/newsref/std/cookie_spec.html
