Summary: http upload is very slow

Initial Comment:
When I use curl to upload a file to a server, it is very slow, but IE is 10 times fast then curl.

following is the command line I used for testing.

curl -F upload=@g:\tcpip1.wav -F press=Ok http://l0.1.1.191/uploadtest/Upload

curl version? operating system? network conditions? How big was the file?
