Summary: --with-ssh2 disables --prefix

Initial Comment:
OSs: Ubuntu 7.04, FedoraCore5
cURL 7.16.4

When running a build with:
    ./configure --prefix=/opt/foo --with-libssh2
    make
    make install

the --prefix option gets ignored and it tries to install into /usr/somewhere.

If I run configure without --with-libssh2 then the install goes into /opt/foo as expected.

Sorry, but it works fine for me. I also checked the configure.ac code and
I failed to see any such mistake in the libssh2 check there.

I've tried --with-libssh2 without a given path and with a given path, and
both generated makefiles with the correct prefix when I did make install

I only tested with my current CVS, but nothing of this has changed since
7.16.4...
