Thanks for your report!

Due to the complicated nature of the curl_formadd() function and that I
think --libcurl is most suitably used to figure out what curl_easy_setopt()
options to use, I've now documented that -F is not supported in the
--libcurl output and I have no further plans on making it work.

If you think this is an important feature, I hope you'll work on
implementing it and submit a patch to us. If not or until then, this bug
entry is closed.
