Summary: curl with libssh2

Hello,

I am trying to compile curl 7.16.4 with libssh2 0.17 and I get this error:

gcc -g -O2 -o .libs/curl [....]
Undefined first referenced
 symbol in file
libssh2_sftp_readnb ../lib/.libs/libcurl.so
libssh2_channel_writenb ../lib/.libs/libcurl.so
libssh2_channel_readnb ../lib/.libs/libcurl.so
libssh2_sftp_writenb ../lib/.libs/libcurl.so

These functions have been removed from libssh2 (from version 0.15), as explain in the file libssh2-0.17/NEWS:

    Removed functions:
     libssh2_channel_readnb_ex(), libssh2_channel_writenb_ex(),
     libssh2_sftp_readnb(), libssh2_sftp_writenb(),
     libssh2_sftp_mkdirnb_ex()
