Summary: curlftpfs cant open files normally from hoster's ftpcluster

Initial Comment:
Hi. I'm running Ubuntu Feisty, with upgraded curl (modified /etc/apt/sources.list):

When connecting to my hoster's cluster, I can browse directories correctly in Nautilus, but I'm having many problems opening files..

The log shows that the FTP server sometimes drops/refuses connection, and that curlftpfs doesn't retry hard enough (sorta say)..

Attached are the logs I deem relevant (as an ubuntu noob),

Can you elaborate on why you post a curlftpfs problem in the curl bug
tracker? curlftpfs is a separate project with their own bug tracker.

If you think this is a libcurl problem, can you please post a curl command
line or a small libcurl source code that repeats the problem?
