Summary: curl fails to detect heimdal 1.2 correctly

Initial Comment:
With heimdal 1.2, gssapi.h is now located in include/gssapi/ instead of just include/. This causes cURL to think that the GSS implementation is MIT instead of Heimdal, which then causes the build to later fail as it tries to include headers that don't exist.

(You didn't say what libcurl version on what platform)

This problem is believed to be fixed already. Can you please try a recent
daily snapshot or the CVS code and see if it works fine for you?
