Summary: [PATCH] no CURLINFO_REDIRECT_URL in multi mode

Initial Comment:
I've discovered that if we set CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION to zero on easy
handle, then add it to curl_multi then it's impossible to get back
CURLINFO_REDIRECT_URL when transfer is complete.I suppose that is a
bug but not sure, since I've newbie to curl. I've tested both 7.19.0
and daily snapshot from 12-th of september

Attaching quick and dirty patch, I've no C expirience at all to make better than that.
