Summary: custom cookies storage

Initial Comment:
Now we can specify cookie storage only as a file name (by setting CULROPT_COOKIEFILE and CULROPT_COOKIEJAR). My proposal is to add callbacks for storing and reteriving cookies from custom storage.

What about CURLOPT_COOKIELIST?

If that's not good enough, please use the curl-library mailing list and
argue for why you think your suggestion is a good idea.
