Summary: in multi.c, Curl_sh_entry's "inuse" field is unused

Initial Comment:
This is a very very minor issue I stumbled across while trying to get familiar with multi.c, and the summary says it all. if the "inuse" field is intended for something it should be used; otherwise it should be removed. This is in the latest release, curl-7.19.7
