FAQ 5.8 mentions that libcurl.so.3 should exist when installing curl. From researching it seems that libcurl.so.3 hasn't bee part of the software since 7.15 or so.

Thanks, several Linux distros are still shipping .3 versions so it's not
_that_ old or wrong actually.

Still, I've updated the entry now to use libcurl.so.X instead so it isn't
that tied to the specific number of the time.
