I have a client wanting to use PHP/Curl on a WinNT webserver. The
how-to for compiling seems a little lacking. Can anyone provide a good
step-by-step?

I still haven't been able to get curl installed on the server, I have no
Idea what to do. Cygwin is installed but as per the directions on
curl's site I must type sh configure on the root directory of curl, but
I get the following response...

configure: can't open configure: no such file or directory
