You NEVER EVER unsubscribe from mailing lists by replying to it.
You unsubscribe from the same place you once subscribed at:
http://cool.haxx.se/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/curl-and-php
... and also there's information about it sent in the headers of every single
mail sent from this mailing list.
