PycURL 7.19.5.3 released

Hello everyone,

I am pleased to announce PycURL 7.19.5.3 release.

This release fixes inability to run the test suite on the source
distribution, thanks to patches by Kamil Dudka.

The full changelog can be found here:

As always, you should be able to install PycURL from source by
downloading

and running `python setup.py install`.

You can also install PycURL via easy_install or pip as follows:

easy_install pycurl
pip install pycurl
