Yes I meant that and making ares use that config.h.

However, that STDC_HEADER problem we discussed before should be fixed now, as
it was caused by the ares configure not doing the check for the standard
headers. ares doesn't use a config.h, but it does produce a set of -D options
that it passes on the compiler command line which actually works just as good
(as long as the amount is reasonably small).

So, making ares use a config.h file is not that important right now. Would
still be nicer than to use command line options though...
