Reading cookies during the session.

Hello.
I need to read the cookies during the HTTP session. CURLOPT_COOKIEJAR causes
to save all cookies to a file (so I can read them) during cleanup, so if I
want to browse the cookies have to restart the session. Is there more elegant
way?
